Every
time you make a referral to a treatment program you put
your credibility on the line. At Recovery Academy we
understand this. We have all of the necessary components
to help you feel good about your choice; your patient
will be safe, you will have immediate access to
services, your patient will receive high quality
treatment, you will have an opportunity to be involved,
you will be informed and you will be who they continue
to see when they leave our care.
Your patient will be safe.
Recovery Academy is a small,
self-contained and secure program. Unlike other
residential programs, we provide 24-hour nursing in
addition to a team of professionals in the field of
adolescent and child psychiatry and addictive diseases.
You will have immediate access to
services.
Recovery Academy accepts and
schedules admissions 24 hours / 7 days a week; 365 days
a year. When you call – a qualified mental health
professional will be available to assist you.
Your patient will receive high
quality treatment.
Recovery Academy is invested in
proving adolescents with the skills necessary to
maintain a high quality of life. We conduct interviews
with patients and parents at intervals
post-discharge to determine the effectiveness of
treatment. This information is available at your
request.
You will have an opportunity to be involved.
Recovery Academy respects your
knowledge of the patient and family dynamics. We invite
you to participate in treatment team meetings, in person
or via teleconference.
You will be informed.
Recovery Academy understands the
importance of adequate communication. We will notify you
of progress from the time you make the referral until
the patient returns to your office for a follow up
appointment. Communication expectations vary from
professional to professional so we depend on you to let
us know the frequency and means of communication.
You will be who they continue to see when they leave
our care.
Recovery Academy employs several
former private practice professionals who understand the
importance of receiving clients back after discharge. We
will contact you for an outpatient appointment prior to
discharge. Further, we will make sure you have necessary
documentation before your patient is back in your office
for an appointment.
